Up Late Prize Rules:

The following rules apply for Up Late with Ben Sumner contest participation.
Contests are open to all US citizens and legal US residents at least 18 years of age who live in the Up Late with Ben Sumner viewing area. Employees of Lights On Entertainment, LLC, its affiliate companies and contest sponsors are not eligible. No purchase is necessary. Prizes must be claimed within 10 working days of notification, and if you win a prize you are not eligible to win again for 30 days. By participating in a Up Late with Ben Sumner contest, all entrants agree to abide by these and any additional official rules. Contest officials have the sole right to disqualify any participant for violation of contest rules. Contest entities are not responsible for lost, late, damaged misdirected, undelivered, undeliverable, incomplete or unreadable entries and are not responsible for any damages that may result from acceptance or use of a contest prize.
